Who we are

Gagari is an early-stage venture preparing to launch dried ersho and absit products for making injera. You can reach us at hello@gagari.uk.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist we store your email address together with basic signup context: the language of the page you used, the country your request came from, the page you arrived on, and how you found us (for example, the QR code in a sample box or a social media link).

Why we collect it

For one purpose only: to email you about Gagari's launch and availability. We do not sell or share your email with anyone, and we will not use it for anything else.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Cloudflare in Western Europe. Our website analytics are cookieless and do not identify you personally.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until launch communications are complete. Email us athello@gagari.uk at any time and we will delete your address promptly.
